Studio Policies & Agreement

Code of Conduct
I agree to treat instructors, staff, and students with respect, follow dress code guidelines (including proper attire and clean shoes), follow all safety rules, and arrive on time. I will provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations.

Payment Terms
All tuition, fees, and lesson packages must be paid as agreed. Payments are non-refundable. Private lessons require 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Lesson packages expire one year from purchase. Late payments may incur a $25 fee, and I authorize charges to my payment method if applicable.

No Refund Policy
All payments for classes, lessons, workshops, or packages are final. Missed or unused sessions will not be refunded or credited. Group classes must be paid at least 24 hours in advance.

Liability Waiver
I understand dance involves physical risk and voluntarily accept responsibility. I release Sonia’s Performing Arts @ the Aurora HTX and its staff from liability for any injuries or damages. I confirm I am physically able to participate and authorize emergency medical care if needed.

Media Consent
I grant permission for photos/videos to be used for promotional purposes unless I opt out in writing at registration.

Additional Policies
I agree to pre-register for classes when required. Failure to follow policies may result in removal from the program without refund.

Arbitration Agreement
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules.
